Manager/Executive - Sales - Life Insurance (1-9 yrs)

Job Description :

Roles and responsibilities :

- Sales of Life insurance through the agency model.

- Recruit & train the agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.

- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

- To meet agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of the same in a planned manner.

Desired Candidate :

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience : 1+ Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry

Age : 23 to 38 Years.

- Local candidates hire first.

- Have good negotiation skills.

- Good relations building skill required
