Job Summary
Join as an on-roll sales leader. The AADM role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of life insurance advisors to drive business across life insurance and financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified insurance advisors
- Train and mentor advisors to meet business targets
- Drive field sales through the advisor network
- Conduct performance reviews and provide on-ground support
- Develop and maintain long-term client and agent relationships
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree (Graduation mandatory)
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and networking skills
- Familiarity with the local market (Kolkata or nearby)
