Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Donations : Seek donations from prospective customers for various sevas at the HKM Golden Temple / Annadaan / Bhojanamruta / GOW seva etc
• Tours : Explain about the various tours organised by HKM and get bookings.
• Event Invitations: Extend invitations to spiritual events, classes, and workshops organized by Hare Krishna Movement.
• Outreach Calls: Conduct outbound calls to our community, supporters, and potential members to inform them about Hare Krishna Movement's activities and initiatives.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate call records and contact information in the CRM system.
• Spiritual Knowledge: Continuously enhance your understanding of Hare Krishna teachings to effectively convey the message.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Minimum graduate degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a passion for engaging and assisting individuals.
• Empathy: Ability to empathize with individuals and address their spiritual and personal needs.
• Patience: Patient and understanding when dealing with questions and inquiries.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for call logging and CRM system usage.

• Engaging Communicator: Your ability to connect with individuals through phone calls aligns with our mission.
• Empathetic Listener: Your empathetic and patient approach will make a positive impact on callers.
