Primary Responsibilities:
a. Improve service business of dealer.
b. To improve service operational efficiency inworkshop to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
c. Ensure availability of genuine parts supplied byTVSM recommended source
a. Improve PSF through service process audit take corrective actions to improve service standards at workshop. Get involvedin specific details, which require immediate attention.
b. Contact customers at regular interval bytelephone /personal meeting and understand their expectation take countermeasures. Assist the dealers to close the customer complaints within 48 hours.
c. Improve the capability level of dealers serviceteam and give on the job training in areas of product knowledge, service repairstandards, special tools, and customer handling skillscustomer
d. satisfaction, updating the mechanics knowledgethrough Competitor model training.
a. Focus on turnaround time and ensure trouble freevehicles to preowned 2wheeler customers.
