Testbook is seeking a Growth Associate to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be.

Role & Responsibilities.

Primary Focus: Manage the CRM system.

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.

(Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, In-App, etc.) to increase engagement and retention.

Current State Analysis: Analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and.

areas for improvement.

Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and explore new features for retention marketing to.

improve user engagement & enhance campaign effectiveness.

Analytical Mindset: Track the performance of CRM campaigns and report insights and.

recommendations to optimize future initiatives.

Government Exam Landscape: Understanding of this landscape is preferred but not necessary.

Cross-functional Collaboration:.
