We have an Urgent Opening for the role for Finance manager in our organization.

Job Profile:

1. Letter of Credit for Purchase - Liaoning with Bankers for opening LC for Purchase of Raw Materials, which includes the entire documentation and processing of LC applications and monitoring of margin money

2. LC Discounting - Arranging the LC Bill of Exchange Discounting for Vendors

3. LC Payments - Tracking and executing LC Bills payments as per due dates

4. LC MIS - Maintaining daily LC MIS

5. Letter of Credit of Sales – Co-ordination with factory and customers regarding terms and conditions of LC. Co-ordinating with various banks for LC Bill Discounting

6. Bank Guarantees - Liaising with Bankers for opening BG for various tenders, which includes the entire documentation and processing of BG applications and monitoring of margin money

7. BG extensions and cancellations - Co-ordination with Banks for extension / cancellation of BG

8. BG MIS - Maintaining daily BG MIS

9. Accounting - Day to day checking and accounting of LC and BG related transactions and other bank transactions

10. Preparation of CMA, Stock Statements, various Monthly and Quarterly statements for Banks

11. Preparation of various banking schedules for Audit

12. Bank account opening / closing activities related to various locations
