Manager - Planning (15-20 yrs)

8-12 years related experience, minimum of 2 years in Planning of 132 Kv substations and overhead lines. Company or Shell Group experience preferred.

- Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring timely execution of project milestones.

- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.

- Prepare and update project timelines, tracking progress against planned schedules.

- Analyze project risks, identifying potential delays and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate with various departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

- Ensure compliance with project requirements, client specifications, and industry standards.

- Monitor resource allocation, optimizing manpower and materials for project efficiency.

- Generate reports on project progress, highlighting any deviations and recommending corrective actions.

- Utilize project management tools and software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
