This requirement is for a Thermax subsidiary - First Energy Private Limited.

Fostering our presence in the renewable energy segment, Thermax's group company, First Energy Private Limited (FEPL), is uniquely placed to help its customers in their energy transition journey. With this new infrastructure being set, Thermax will be diversifying its sustainable offerings with solar hybrid farms and storage batteries, catering to customers in the commercial and industrial space.

FEPL will partner with large and small industries that want to transition to clean energy and help them navigate their energy switch journey over a long period with customised off-grid solutions. The company will enter into long-term contracts with its customers backed with significant investments in building the power infrastructure.

Role & responsibilities

1. Execution of O&M Contracts with Capex / Opex Customers.

2. Ensure Plant Performance as per the Agreements.

3. Assist in performing routine and preventative maintenance for all plant systems and
equipment.

4. Regular Performance Monitoring and Analysis.

5. Customer Communication & Coordination.

6. Implementation of Improvement Initiatives & Innovative Ideas.

7. Site Inspections & Audits for Safety, Quality, Operations, Compliances.

8. Regional Vendor Evaluation for new & old O&M Vendor.

9. Preparing Reports as per Schedule DPR, WPR, MPR, MIS.

10. Coordination with Govt Agencies.

11. Spare Management & Supply Chain Management for O&M Materials.

12. Technical & Safety training workforce / O&M Team.
