Job Description
- Procurement of all items of O&M in terms of spares of equipment & maintenance related activities. Items like Consumables, Seals , lubricants, tools and tackles, oil filters, Valves etc.
- Preparation of spare list of all the equipment at Plants.
- Sourcing of OEM spares substitute in nearest market to plant.
- Ensuring effective sub-contracting of manpower & other services like AMC of some critical equipment
- Carrying out parametric study of techno-commercial aspects to establish benchmark prices
- Maintaining proper documentation for each PO like received quotations, comparative statements, negotiation done etc.
- Track progress of ordering and ensure timely delivery of various procurement items.
- To ensure proper submission of receipts & invoices to finance and minimize the dispute with all stakeholders and timely release of payment to suppliers
- Issue and administrate POs through ERP-Oracle system as per project schedule
- Collaborating with Vendor, Finance, O&M and Logistics departments
- Providing pre-bid support to Proposal Team
- Managing development of new vendors
- Active participation in liquidations of slow movingInventory
