Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive School Counselor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process. The role combines student advisory with lead conversion to drive admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Follow up with inquiries and leads through calls, emails and WhatsApp to convert them into confirmed admissions.
- Counseling: Understand the academic and developmental needs of students and guide parents toward suitable curriculum options and learning pathways.
- Admission Process Management: Explain the schools curriculum, admission procedures, fee structure, and value proposition effectively.
- Parent Interaction
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools; provide daily/weekly reports on conversions and pipeline status.
- Relationship Building: Build trust with parents and act as a reliable point of contact throughout the admission journey.
