We're Hiring: Business Head Sales & BD | Industrial Automation | South India

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Business Head Sales & Business Development to lead industrial sales and revenue growth across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

Location: Chennai / Bengaluru (Onsite Role).

Experience: 17+ Years in Industrial/Automation Sales.

Salary: Up to 40 LPA (maximum 35% hike on last drawn CTC).

Eligibility: Only candidates from South India will be considered.

Applicants from North, East, or West India will not be shortlisted.

Role Highlights

- Full P&L responsibility for sales operations in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 17 years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, electricals, or electronics.

- Proven experience handling regional sales growth and customer success.

- Strong understanding of CRMs and structured sales processes.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively within South India.

Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (mandatory); MBA or PGDM in Marketing/Business (preferred).

Note: This position is open exclusively to professionals based in South India (preferably Chennai or Bangalore).

Candidates outside this region will not be considered.
