Job Description
- Strong techno-functional experience with capabilities such as Part management, CAD management, BOM management, Change Management, Document Management, Quality management and Enterprise Integrations for Siemens Teamcenter implementations,
- Strong experience on Siemens Teamcenter Solution Components, Data Model, Configurations and Customizations
- Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in automotive exhaust system design and release engineering.
- Proficiency in PLM Teamcenter for designing and managing exhaust system components.
- Ability to deal with simulation tools to analyze and optimize exhaust system component behavior.
- Must know server side configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Managing, communicating, and delivering projects through the entire software development lifecycle, providing documentation, change management, testing, training, and mentoring.
- Providing operational support including troubleshooting complex issues leveraging strong problem-solving skills, identifying root cause, and following change management process to migrate the fixes,
- Experience leading a team during major multi-location software implementation or upgrade.
- Excellent communication skills including ability to have persuasive conversations at Senior director level at Client s organizations.
