Head of Marketing
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the companys marketing efforts and brand vision. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with deep experience in marketing strategy, digital transformation, brand building, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead and manage the entire marketing department including digital, content, branding, and communications teams
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all platforms
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through integrated campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams to align go-to-market plans
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media
- Manage PR, media relations, corporate communications, and crisis response
- Analyze marketing data and trends to optimize strategies and performance
- Represent the marketing function at executive meetings and provide strategic insights to the leadership team
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and integrated campaign management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Up-to-date with latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Preferred Experience:
- Background in [insert your industry: e.g., B2B industrial, SaaS, consumer products]
- Experience in launching new products or entering new markets
- Global or regional marketing experience is a plus
- Strong portfolio of successful marketing initiatives and campaigns
