Job Description
- The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the company, managing the administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office
- This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the administrative department
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Ensure that office policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Develop and implement strategies for improving office efficiency and productivity
- Manage the office budget and ensure that expenses are within budgetary guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
- Handle complex administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management
- Requirements:Experience in an administrative management role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
