Retail Sales Officer


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Officer. As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our jewellery store.


Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers

- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Basic computer skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
