Transcon - Business Development Manager (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for Business Development Manager to join our team. This position will be based at our Andheri office. Please find the JD Below

Job Description:

- DCPR Analysis: Possess basic knowledge of Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) and be able to interpret relevant clauses for project feasibility.

- Scheme Workings: Prepare detailed financial and area workings for proposed development schemes based on DCPR guidelines, including FSI calculations, premium payments, and other statutory requirements.

- Presentation Development: Create compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews, investor meetings, and external stakeholders, effectively communicating project potential and scheme workings.

- JDA Process Understanding: Demonstrate a basic understanding of the Joint development processes, documentation, and other requirements.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all analyses, workings, and presentations, and prepare reports as required.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior business development team, architects, and legal departments to ensure comprehensive evaluation of projects.

- Ad-hoc Support: Provide support on various business development activities as needed.

Desired Candidate:

- Qualified Be Civil/B Arch with experience of 8 to 15 years

- Preferred only from Real Estate industry
