Project Manager

• Lead project planning and development, including site selection, feasibility studies, and due diligence.

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial and operational goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage the bidding and procurement process, including negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee the construction phase, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, approvals, contracts, and financial records, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and profitability.

Desirable Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on project management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or SAP
