Product Manager (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Mastery needs to understand product and be able to demonstrate it to customers.

- Willing to dig into details when needed, e.g., billing platform, specific restore issues etc.

- Direct Customer Interaction needs to make it a habit to engage with our partners on a regular basis (like multiple times per week). Also needs to have demonstrated ability to ask the right questions (5 Why) and be adept or at least have tried some of the continuous discovery tools & approaches (breaking down the problem space, experimentation etc. Also looking for PMs that bring the triad (PM, UX, EM) into the discovery conversations vs. simply doing it on their own.

- Backlog Mastery needs to have demonstrated skills around backlog grooming and hygiene. Needs to understand what a good user story looks like and what definition of ready means. What other artifacts are they creating. How are they capturing and sharing customer feedback (e.g., Chorus snippets)?

- Business Acumen needs to at least have had some exposure to pricing and offer management. Needs to be able to articulate how the things we build will impact our financials. Needs to be in a position to at least help recommend options with clear ROI when competing priorities emerge.
