Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of HR knowledge and hands-on experience in key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, training, and compliance. Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Talent Acquisition :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and final selection.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Employee Onboarding Offboarding :
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly introduced to the company culture and provided with necessary resources.
Assist with the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for exiting employees.
Employee Relations :
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and support.
Promote a positive work culture through engagement activities and employee recognition programs.
Address performance-related issues and assist managers with performance improvement plans.
Training Development :
Support the development and implementation of training programs aimed at employee skill enhancement and professional growth.
Track employee participation and feedback to ensure continuous learning and development opportunities.
Compensation Benefits :
Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
Ensure the accuracy of employee records and handle payroll queries.
HR Policies Compliance :
Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
HR Reporting Analytics :
Assist in preparing and maintaining HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management review.
Monitor key HR performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Requirements :
Experience :
2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or related position.
Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Education :
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Skills Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred :
Experience in an HRIS system (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms).
