Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to manage Europe consular services for Indian nationals traveling on short-term and long-term assignments for various clients of TTK Global Mobility Services.
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the consular services process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing excellent service to our clients.
- Additionally, you will manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the Europe consular services for Indian nationals, including visa applications, documentation, and compliance with consular requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of consular services for both short-term and long-term travel.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored consular solutions.
- Manage and lead a team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of consular regulations and ensure the team is informed of any changes.
- Handle escalations and complex cases, providing solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the consular services team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in consular services, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of consular regulations and visa processes for Europe.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle complex cases and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with clients from diverse industries.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Familiarity with consular services software and tools.
