Senior Back-End Engineer

• Work together with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create new features, and put them into practice
• Write and build your own CI/CD pipelines
• Utilizing AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, create, build, and deploy scalable and dependable APIs
• Continuously improve the scalability and performance of APIs
• Take part in code reviews and offer helpful criticism to guarantee the integrity of the code and compliance with coding standards
• Ensure that production concerns are tracked, investigated, and prompt fixes are offered
• Outline and document APIs, architecture, and technical requirements
• Ensure high-quality code and avoid regressions by creating and maintaining automated tests using TDD techniques

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
• Prolific experience working with API development technologies
• Demonstrable experience with TypeScript and Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Prior experience in working on projects where a large volume of data is generated
• Solid understanding of AWS including Lambda, API Gateway, and IoT is desirable
• Nice to have a strong understanding of networking, Security, and Optimization
• Extensive knowledge and experience with high-volume data handling is nice to have
• Prior experience designing complex systems is desirable
• Some experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred
• Prior experience working with Databases is desirable
• Nice to have some experience with full-stack development
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
