Product Manager - Keyboard

Candidates with experience in handling keyboards as a product line are preferred.

Role:

A Product Manager owns a product line from inception to the end of its lifecycle, directing its development and ensuring it aligns with customer needs and the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to understand user needs.

- Define product features and requirements.

- Create and manage a product roadmap and timeline.

- Develop competitor analysis and product positioning strategies.

- Create product strategy documents that outline business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.

- Define metrics to measure the product's success.

- Drive product planning processes across cross-functional teams.

- Assess current competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.

- Strategize and execute appropriate go-to-market plans.

- Incorporate customer feedback into the product development lifecycle.

- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.

Skills Required:

- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.

- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.

- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or MBA with 6 to 8 years of experience in product development, with a minimum of 6 years in a Product Management role.

- Demonstrable experience in engineering product design and development lifecycle.

- Knowledge of Agile processes and practices in software development lifecycles.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to drive change across the organization.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, complemented by effective decision-making abilities.

- Exposure to product management tools, methodologies, and processes.
