Appian Developer - BPM (4-8 yrs)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Appian BPM platform. If you have a solid background in workflow automation, SQL, and are familiar with cloud or GenAI technologies, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do :

- Build and maintain scalable Appian BPM solutions

- Work on Process Models, Records, Interfaces, and Integrations

- Write and optimize SQL queries and Stored Procedures

- Integrate Appian with external APIs and services

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Cloud, and ML teams

Must-Have Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development

- Strong in Appian Process Models, Interfaces, Expression Rules, Integrations

- Proficient in SQL and working with Stored Procedures

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Familiarity with Machine Learning or Vector Databases

- Exposure to Generative AI / GenAI tools

- Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools like CloudFormation, Chef

- Experience in Banking / Finance / Internal Audit (optional)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
