Umbrella Infocare - SAP Functional Consultant - ECC/S/4 HANA Module (3-4 yrs)

Job Title : SAP IT Expert.

Location : Noida.

Experience Required : 3+ years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Design and configure SAP solutions across relevant modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, WM, PM) to align with business processes and strategic objectives.

- Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) and collaborate with ABAP developers.

- Perform system configuration, master data setup, and unit testing of SAP solutions.

- Provide expert-level support for SAP modules, troubleshooting issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.

- Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new functionalities.

- Assist in data migration activities and cutover planning.

- Work closely with business users to understand their processes, identify pain points, and define requirements for SAP enhancements or new implementations.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including other SAP modules, IT infrastructure, security, and external vendors.

- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, company standards, and governance policies in all SAP-related activities.

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and solutions.

- Share knowledge and expertise with team members and junior colleagues.

Required Skills & Experience :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

- 3+ years of progressive experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support roles.

- Strong hands-on configuration and functional knowledge in at least one or more core SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of resolving complex SAP issues.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills & Experience :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.

- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., SAP PO/PI, API integrations).

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- SAP certifications in relevant modules.

- Experience with Fiori apps and UX.
