Senior Credit Manager - Supply Chain Finance (6-12 yrs)

Job Title :Senior Manager / AVP-Credit Department

Desired Experience:

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in credit underwriting for MSME/ SME unsecured Loan and SCF

- Supply Chain Financing (SCF) underwriting experience is mandatory.

- Strong background in evaluating unsecured business loans and SCF proposals.

- Proven ability to analyze financial statements and assess the creditworthiness of borrowers.

Areas of Responsibility:

- The role will involve managing credit assessments, analysing financial data, monitoring client accounts, and mitigating credit risk. He / She will also be responsible for recommending credit limits, preparing credit reports, and liaising with internal external stakeholders and Preparing Policy.

Desired Skill sets:

- Financial Analysis, Credit Risk Assessment, and Credit Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge and experience of handling ticket size of 15 to 50 lakh and above - MSME segment.

- Knowledge of all policies, regulations, and market practices.

- Open to travel for customer PD/ visit.

- Deep understanding of Credit norms / underwriting norms.

Qualification:

- CA qualification preferred

- Full Time - MBA in Finance or related field.

- Certification in credit analysis or risk management preferred
