We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele Sales Manager to lead and grow our telecalling sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales operations, driving revenue through upselling Apple products, training team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the tele sales team responsible for outbound and inbound calls.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor performance KPIs.
Ensure the team effectively upsells Apple products, services, and extended warranties.
Develop call scripts, pitch strategies, and objection-handling techniques.
Train, coach, and motivate telecallers to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong follow-up process and effective handling of queries.
Coordinate with product, marketing, and retail teams for promotional offers and lead campaigns.
Monitor call quality, lead conversions, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports, funnel status, and performance reviews for management.
Handle escalations and ensure resolution of customer complaints and queries.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
47 years of experience in telesales, preferably in electronics/retail/consumer tech.
Experience in managing a team of telecallers in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and Excel reporting.
Knowledge of Apple products is a strong plus.
