Rust developer

Job Description Rust Developer
We are looking to hire experienced Rust Developers for a full-time remote role. Candidates with Golang as a secondary skill are highly preferred. However, strong Rust developers without Golang experience are also welcome. Experience in C/C++ is a strong plus, especially for those from a systems-level programming background. The role requires availability during UK shift hours (2 PM 11 PM IST).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Rust
Contribute to system architecture and design discussions
Develop or support services using GoLang (optional)
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time
Collaborate with product managers, DevOps, and other developers
Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Rust (mandatory)
Working knowledge or experience with GoLang
Experience with C and/or C++ is highly desirable
Proven experience building and deploying scalable, production-grade systems
Experience working with large-scale systems is a strong plus
