About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior TOSCA & SAP Automation Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the robust and reliable operation of our SAP systems through advanced automation testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA for SAP automation, a deep understanding of various SAP modules, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in testing strategies. You will play a key role in leading end-to-end test automation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead End-to-End Test Automation : Drive and implement comprehensive end-to-end test automation strategies for complex SAP landscapes using Tricentis TOSCA.

- Design & Implement Automation Scripts : Architect, design, develop, and implement robust, reusable, and maintainable automation test scripts and solutions within the TOSCA environment.

- Execute Diverse Testing : Perform in-depth functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across various SAP modules, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, and others as required.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, SAP developers, solution architects, and other stakeholders to thoroughly understand business processes, gather requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, validated solutions.

- Defect Management : Conduct thorough defect tracking, detailed reporting, and comprehensive root cause analysis using industry-standard tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.

- Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify areas for improvement, drive the evolution of the automation framework, and refine overall testing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Mentorship & Best Practices : Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, contribute to the development and adoption of QA best practices, and foster a culture of quality within the team.

- Risk-Based Testing : Implement and optimize risk-based testing approaches to prioritize and focus testing efforts on critical functionalities.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of total experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.

- 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in TOSCA automation tool for SAP applications.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP testing, with proven experience across multiple SAP modules (preferably in SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD).

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks, advanced test case design methodologies, and risk-based testing approaches.

- Familiarity with Test Data Management (TDM), API Testing, and Test Case Optimization techniques using Tricentis TOSCA.

- Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.

- Experience working in CI/CD pipelines and strong understanding of their integration with testing processes.

- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
