About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP SAC / Data Sphere / HANA Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial role for a professional with a passion for data, analytics, and cloud technologies. You will be instrumental in leveraging SAP's cutting-edge cloud analytical platforms to deliver robust data solutions and actionable insights to our business stakeholders.

This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to collaborate in our Bangalore or Chennai offices while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Development: Design, develop, and build highly interactive, intuitive dashboards and compelling reports within SAP Analytics Cloud that provide clear, actionable business insights.

- SAP Data Sphere Data Modeling: Architect and implement efficient and scalable data models in SAP Data Sphere, ensuring optimal data integration, transformation, and readiness for analytical consumption.

- SAP HANA Cloud Management: Manage and optimize cloud data operations, performance, and security within SAP HANA Cloud, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

- Business Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Partner closely with various business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver tailored data insights.

- Performance Optimization & Governance: Ensure high performance, accuracy, and governance across all data solutions and reports. Implement best practices for data quality, security, and compliance.

- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to SAP SAC, Data Sphere, and HANA Cloud environments.

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 4+ years of strong, hands-on, and relevant experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Data Sphere, and SAP HANA Cloud.

- Strong expertise in data modeling principles and practices.

- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets.

- Solid understanding of cloud analytics concepts and architectures.

- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, effective technical solutions and designs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certification in SAC, Data Sphere, or HANA Cloud is a significant plus.

- Experience with other SAP analytics tools or data warehousing concepts.
