Job Description :

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions across web and mobile platforms, while also contributing to manual testing efforts and fostering a culture of quality within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Automation Design & Development :

- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.

- Develop sophisticated automation tools using Java to enhance testing capabilities.

- Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks and libraries to significantly improve overall testing efficiency and consistency.

Test Execution & Integration :

- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Appium 2, TestNG, and JUnit for effective automated test execution.

- Integrate test automation seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to support continuous testing and delivery.

Collaboration & Agile Practices :

- Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product owners to identify key areas for automation and ensure testability of features.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including grooming, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions, contributing to a collaborative development process.

Quality Assurance :

- Perform thorough Defect Analysis and Reporting, ensuring issues are clearly documented and tracked to resolution.

- Contribute to Manual Testing efforts as needed, leveraging your expertise in test case writing to cover all critical scenarios.

Mentorship & Documentation :

- Provide Mentorship and Leadership to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering skill development.

- Create clear and comprehensive Documentation for test strategies, frameworks, and test cases.
