Assistant Professor

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor in Mathematics & Statistics to join our team at UPES. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching and research, with excellent communication skills.

• Develop and deliver high-quality lecture materials and assessments for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Conduct research in mathematics and statistics, publish papers in reputable journals, and present at conferences.
• Mentor students and provide guidance on their projects and theses.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to achieve departmental goals.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in mathematics and statistics.

• Master's degree in Mathematics or Statistics from a reputed institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching and research is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Candidates must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• The ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods is expected.
