Job Description
Dear All,
We are looking for an Junior Engineer Tool & Die Maintenance.
Job Descriptions.
- Diploma In Tool & Die Making with 2 to 5 years if experience in Tool & Die Maintenance.
- To ensure effective and efficient Molding Maintenance as per the Plan PM/CM/BM & SPARE PART FITTINGS.
- Zinc & Aluminum DIE CAST maintenance.
- 2D & 3D design knowledge and usage
- Soft skills experience like Excel, PPT, Word Etc.
- Supplier follow-ups- Communication mails and over phones
- Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance of molds/dies
- Periodical Maintenance of molds
- Spare Part Inspections/fittings/Trails of molds
- Responsible for quality repair using inhouse machines such as grinding,milling,cutoff,Bench grinding
- Achieve skill operations such as mold doctor,tig welding,ultrasonic welding
- Do & Ensure all documentation of all Maintenance related Activity
