Zonal Manager Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Lead talent acquisition efforts for all verticals (Sales, Support, Operations) across multiple regions within the zone.

- Drive bulk and targeted hiring initiatives to meet business manpower needs within defined SLAs.

- Manage recruitment for front-line, mid-level, and selective leadership roles.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with Zonal Business Heads, HRBPs, and functional leaders to understand talent needs and hiring priorities.

- Act as a talent advisor to business teams by providing market intelligence and hiring insights.

Team Management:

- Manage and mentor a team of TA professionals and/or recruiters.

- Drive performance, capability development, and adherence to recruitment KPIs within the team.

Vendor & Channel Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, consultants, and sourcing platforms.

- Optimize hiring channels including employee referrals, job portals, and social media.

Process & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance as per IRDAI and internal audit standards.

- Maintain and report hiring dashboards, funnel metrics, and weekly MIS.

Employer Branding & Campus Engagement:

- Support employer branding initiatives across the zone.

- Drive campus hiring activities and build long-term talent pipelines.
