Business Development Manager - Packaging (Polymer Industry)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 10+ years (minimum 5 years in raw material sales for polymers)

Industry: Petrochemical / Specialty Chemicals Distribution

Role Summary:

-The candidate will drive growth in the polymer packaging segment by identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and building strong client relationships. Products handled include Metallocenes, EVOH, Tie Layers, Masterbatches, and commodity polymers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new markets and clients in polymer packaging

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Collaborate with sales teams across regions for lead development

- Stay updated on market trends and industry shifts

Requirements:

- Degree in Polymer/Chemical Engineering or any engineering field

- Strong technical knowledge (machine trials, films)

- Self-driven, commercially strong, and team-oriented

- Experience in international business is a plus

Work Schedule: 6-day week (4th Saturday off).
