Data Analyst

• Data Collection Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to surface business insights.
• Reporting Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Strategic Decision Support: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to help guide operational and strategic decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Operations, Demand, and other teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• SQL Scripting: Write and maintain robust SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
• Presentation Communication: Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend areas for improvement.

you'll Thrive in This Role If You

• Have a Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Bring 3 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Are highly proficient in SQL and Excel, with working knowledge of Python or R being a strong plus.
• Have a solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Can effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Are driven by curiosity, with a proactive mindset and a desire to make an impact through data.
