Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Investment Advisory vertical.

The role will involve spearheading investment strategies, driving deal execution, managing investor relationships, and growing Valkyrie's footprint across Indias high-growth real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

- Define and drive the firms investment strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities across NCR and PAN India.

- Collaborate with leadership to build and scale investment-focused offerings.

Deal Structuring & Execution

- Originate and execute high-value real estate deals, including equity, debt, joint ventures, and structured finance.

- Lead financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence processes.

- Negotiate key deal terms, lead term sheet creation, and manage transaction closures.

Investor Relations & Fundraising

- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, family offices, NBFCs, PE funds, and institutional investors.

- Represent Valkyrie in investor meetings, presentations, and industry events.

- Provide regular updates, performance reports, and market insights to investors.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a high-performing investment team.

- Work closely with research, legal, sales, and marketing teams for end-to-end transaction delivery.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, financial, and legal norms across transactions.

- Collaborate with legal advisors on documentation, contracts, and due diligence.

Qualifications:

- MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA preferred.

- 1218 years of experience in real estate investment advisory, private equity, or investment banking.

- Proven success in executing large-scale transactions across commercial/institutional assets.

- Strong network within the investor and developer ecosystem, particularly in Delhi-NCR.
