Job Description
- Work with the Senior teams to ensure that project is delivered to plan and budget.
- Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Developing training materials and training the staff in the use of the configured solution.
- Installing and implementing software.
- Analyzing business requirements and document details (BPS Solution Document).
- Risks reporting to the senior team.
- Identifying and documenting change requests.
- Configuring software to meet the required solution design.
- Test mapping development prior to handover to UAT process.
- Conduct UAT Training Sessions with Customer.
- Supporting the client in testing the system prior to go live.
- Providing on-going support following go live.
Additional skills:
- Business Analyst Operations (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing)- Finance (Accounting Taxation)- CRM, Technical-Business activity query.
- Documentation skill for Process Study and Requirement documents
- Epicor Knowledge - at least one of the function - Operations or Finance
- Ability to conduct User Training
- Understand Development Requirements and documentation
