ServiceNow ITSM Developer (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements, primarily within the ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

- Utilize your strong scripting skills (GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, GlideDateTime, GlideForm, GlideUser, and

JavaScript) to automate processes, customize functionalities, and enhance the ServiceNow platform.

- Provide BAU (Business As Usual) support for the ServiceNow platform, including incident resolution, problem management, and change management.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights and track key performance indicators.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other platform components.

- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and new features.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in ServiceNow scripting, including :

1. GlideRecord

2. GlideAggregate

3. GlideDateTime

4. GlideForm

5. GlideUser

6. JavaScript

- Proven experience in providing BAU support for the ServiceNow platform.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow dashboard creation and customization.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

- Must be available to work in the 2 AM PST - 11 AM PST shift.

- Must be able to start immediately.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal is a plus.

- Familiarity with integration with other systems via REST or SOAP APIs is a plus.
