Internal Auditor

Job Summary
The Internal Auditor Finance will independently executing financial audits across our multi-entity, multinational organization
This role will focus on evaluating internal controls, risk management frameworks, compliance adherence, and financial process effectiveness
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with stakeholders across various time zones, Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes
Management
Conduct audits of financial records, internal controls, and adherence to business & finance policies and processes across all entities, Assess compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements (local and international), Identify risks, control gaps, inefficiencies, or fraudulent practices and recommend actionable improvements, Work closely with teams across regions to gather audit evidence and insights, Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and risk assessments to management and stakeholders, Monitor corrective actions and perform follow-up audits to ensure compliance and implementation, Assist in developing and refining the annual risk-based audit plan, Support statutory and regulatory audits by coordinating with external auditors, Audit compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
