Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (7-10 yrs)

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to design user interfaces and online user experiences for web-based applications.

This role involves collaborating closely with the product development team to ensure that the design aligns with the product goals, and creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.

The Senior Designer will rely on pre-established guidelines and design principles to develop innovative designs for both visual aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end user flows, information architecture, and interactions for web-based applications, ensuring an engaging, intuitive, and efficient user experience.

- Create high-fidelity visual interfaces, mockups, and prototypes that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound.

- Develop interactive HTML prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.

- Evaluate existing and design new visual human interfaces based on user-centered design principles and methodologies, incorporating user research insights and usability testing feedback to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations.

- Work closely and iteratively with the product development team (product managers, engineers) to translate product requirements and user stories into effective and feasible online user experiences.

- Ensure design specifications are clearly understood and implemented accurately.

- Translate design specifications into implementable UI designs, ensuring consistency and coherence across all aspects of the web applications and adherence to platform-specific considerations.

- Ensure all designs consistently align with established design guidelines, patterns, and the overall design system, contributing to a unified and cohesive user experience across our product portfolio.

- Actively gather user feedback through various methods (usability testing, surveys, analytics) and iterate on designs based on insights to continuously refine and enhance user interaction and overall experience.

- Document design concepts, user flows, interaction patterns, and visual specifications clearly and comprehensively to ensure clarity, consistency, and effective communication for other team members and stakeholders.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and promoting design excellence within the team.

- Champion the user perspective throughout the product development process, ensuring that user needs and usability are central to all design decisions.

Qualifications and Skills :

- At least 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related areas.

- Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Strong experience using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other UI/UX design software.

- Expertise in creating HTML prototypes, wireframes, and interactive designs.

- Experience working closely with product teams and developers to translate requirements into intuitive designs.

- Strong eye for design, visual hierarchy, and ensuring design consistency throughout the project.

- Ability to solve complex design challenges and create seamless user experiences.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts.

- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and ensuring designs are accessible to all users.

- Familiarity with design systems and ability to create scalable, reusable design components
