Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Camunda BPM Developer with 5+ years of relevant experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Camunda BPM, microservices architecture, and process orchestration, working with a variety of enterprise-level technologies.

This role requires someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, delivering continuous improvement while ensuring high quality and low-latency systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Java applications that are mission-critical, high-volume, and low-latency.

- Develop Camunda BPM workflows for process automation and orchestration, focusing on process modeling, human task management, and service orchestration.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, evaluate alternative approaches, and take part in architectural reviews to ensure the application meets business and technical requirements.

- Actively participate in daily scrum calls and update tasks regularly in JIRA.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and peers, reviewing work and helping improve coding practices and standards.

- Document development processes, workflows, and designs in Confluence and SharePoint.

- Ensure that code reviews, sprint progress, and documentation are appropriately captured in JIRA.

- Lead code reviews and ensure the quality of code through rigorous testing, including unit tests (JUnit), and ensure all processes are properly documented and managed.

- Prepare and produce releases of software components, ensuring they are version-controlled and properly integrated into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like TeamCity/Jenkins and Maven.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of Camunda BPM processes, handle errors, and manage process versioning.

Qualifications :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Java development and BPM, with at least 5+ years of Camunda BPM experience.

- Camunda BPM Architecture : Strong understanding of BPMN, DMN, process data (variables, XML, JSON), JUEL, and XPath.

- Microservices & Java Development : Proficiency in Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and unit testing (JUnit).

- Database Skills : Experience with Oracle, SQL, PL SQL, and NoSQL databases.

- DevOps & CI/CD : Familiarity with Jenkins, Maven, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift for continuous integration and deployment.

- Event-Based Frameworks : Knowledge of frameworks like Apache Camel for service orchestration.

- Tools & Frameworks : Experience with Jira, Confluence, Sonar, PMD, and SOAP UI for code audits and testing.

- Scripting languages such as Groovy and Python.

- Experience with RPA Orchestration and Camunda RPA bridge.

- CI/CD pipeline management knowledge for improving automation workflows.

Education : B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent field
