We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PP Consultant with 4 to 7 years of hands-on implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the SAP Production Planning module, including configuration, business process mapping, and integration with other SAP modules. Candidates must be immediately available to join.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP PP (Production Planning) solutions.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into SAP-based solutions.

- Perform gap analysis, system configuration, and testing based on functional specifications.

- Customize SAP PP modules including Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, and Master Data (BOM, Work Centers, Routing).

- Provide support for issue resolution, bug fixing, and system enhancements in both implementation and production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, QM, SD, and WM consultants to ensure smooth end-to-end business process integration.

- Write and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Train end users and create functional documentation for new processes and changes.

- Ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards in SAP PP module delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 7 years of strong experience in SAP PP module with at least one full-cycle implementation.

- Solid understanding of core SAP PP processes like MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Execution.

- Experience in handling Master Data Management (Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers).

- Good knowledge of integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and FI.

- Hands-on experience in writing functional specs and working with technical teams for custom developments.

- Experience in handling support tickets, change requests, and enhancement projects.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment is a plus.

- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to production planning.
