Job Description
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze marketing and sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that can drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics , and Salesforce , providing stakeholders with visibility into marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize Marketo Measure (Bizible) to track multi-touch attribution, ensuring accurate assessment of marketing efforts across the customer journey.
- Campaign Optimization & Performance Insights:
- Work alongside marketing and sales teams to measure the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation Manager to improve lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization, thereby enhancing the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns and channels, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing spend and drive higher ROI.
- Support the creation of customer segments based on firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to improve targeting and personalization.
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation Manager to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Data Integrity & Process Improvement:
- Assist in the adoption of data analytics best practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity, ensuring that marketing systems are optimized for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Drive process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting, focusing on reducing inefficiencies and streamlining workflows.
- Explore the integration of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to enhance data analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or a similar role, with a strong background in using data to drive marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, Google Analytics is required.
- Proficiency in marketing attribution and/or Marketo Measure (Bizible) preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications for predictive analytics, lead scoring, and customer segmentation preferred but not required
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent proficiency in data visualization and storytelling, transforming raw data into impactful reports and presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in leveraging AI/ML applications to enhance marketing processes and drive efficiency.
