Role Expectations:

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Retail Industry.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Efficiently collect, clean, and preprocess datasets using Python, ensuring data quality and readiness for analysis

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python, utilizing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for effective data manipulation and analysis.

- Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyse data, extracting meaningful insights to inform decision-making.

- Create clear and compelling visualizations and reports using Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar tools to communicate data findings to diverse stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex analytical findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Stay current with Python libraries and data analysis trends, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and adapting to evolving business needs.

- Identify opportunities to streamline data analysis workflows through automation, improving efficiency and reducing manual efforts.

- Should have Knowledge of SQL/ MySQL / Redshift etc. or similar databases

- Knowledge of any cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) is an added advantage

- Find the business insights from the data

Role Deliverables:

- Provide well-prepared datasets with thorough cleaning and preprocessing, ensuring data quality for analysis.

- Maintain a well-documented and efficient Python codebase for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization, facilitating reproducibility.

- Create clear and insightful visualizations that effectively communicate key patterns, trends, and insights uncovered during data analysis.

- Generate comprehensive reports summarizing data findings, actionable insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.

- Actively participate in collaborative discussions, sharing data-driven insights with team members and contributing to informed decision-making processes

- Always strive for automation to reduce human error and save time across organization

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate in related discipline

Experience Required:

- 5+ years of experience

- Should have experience to lead the team
