Product Manager - US Mortgage Domain (13-17 yrs)

We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager with deep expertise in the US Mortgage lifecycle - from loan origination to servicing and secondary markets.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end product strategy, roadmap execution, and stakeholder alignment to deliver innovative mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute product vision, roadmap & strategy.

- Lead requirement workshops, documentation, and process flows.

- Collaborate with tech, design, and business teams for delivery.

- Ensure regulatory compliance (CFPB, TRID, RESPA, HMDA, PCI-DSS, etc.

- Analyze mortgage workflows, identify gaps, and drive optimization.

- Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven Product Management experience in Mortgage domain.

- Strong in Agile, requirement gathering, user stories & wireframes.

- Knowledge of LOS, servicing platforms, APIs & mortgage analytics.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in tools like MIRO, Visio, draw. io, SQL, and prototyping tools.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

Preferred Certifications: CSPO, CBAP, CCBA, Mortgage/Compliance-related
