About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of comprehensive experience in HR operations, recruitment, and generalist functions, specifically within the Banking/NBFC sector. A mandatory requirement for this role is at least 3 years of experience in Gold Loan related companies.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive company culture. This is a critical role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational excellence, with a focus on both talent acquisition (40%) and broader HR generalist activities (60%). You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to support workforce planning, drive employee engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (40%):

- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding staffing needs and creating job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, especially within the banking, NBFC, and gold loan sectors.

- Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Onboarding: Oversee comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.

HR Generalist & Operations (60%):

- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.

- Performance Management: Develop, implement, and manage performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.

- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

- HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and support employee growth initiatives.

- HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems (HRIS) effectively.

- Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development initiatives, workforce planning, and succession planning.

- Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

- Over 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, specifically within the Banking/NBFC sector.

- Mandatory: At least 3 years of direct experience in Gold Loan related companies.

Qualifications: MBA-HR is preferred.

Skills:

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR operations.

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition strategies and execution.

- In-depth knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

- Excellent understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.

- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
