Associate Vice President - Real Estate/Venture Capital Fund (8-11 yrs)

Position: AVP - Real Estate Focussed Venture Capital Fund (Leading Venture Capital Funding Company)

Role:

- Deal execution

- Asset management

- Assisting in fund setup and fund-raising process

- Preparing the financial model for investment opportunities

- Drafting the investment memorandum for investment opportunities

- Interacting with lawyers and external consultants for deal diligence and documentation

- Staying informed about regulatory and business trends in the real estate industry

- Working with investee companies for generating MIS, marketing and sales strategies, loan syndication and project execution

- Executing exit opportunities for fund investments

- Preparing reports / correspondence / presentation for interaction with investors

Requirements:

- MBA (Top tier institution) / CA + CFA as an added qualification (Preferable)

- 8-11 years experience in real estate investments with a major part of that experience in a leading real estate private equity team or as a part of the real estate investment team in prominent NBFCs

- Understandingof different capital structures and instruments of equity investment

- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

- Advanced level skills in financial modelling

- Strong communication and presentation skills
