Accountant Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records and ledgers
  
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payments
  
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including follow-ups
  
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of accounts
  
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements (TDS, GST, etc.)
  
• Handle petty cash and expense reimbursement processes
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for accounting-related queries
  
• Assist with internal and external audits as required
  
• Maintain and organize financial documentation and records
  
• Sound knowledge of Tally accounting software
