Backend Engineer (5-9 yrs)

Job Description :

- Expertise in designing and implementing attribute-based access control (ABAC) and integrating with OpenID Connect.

- Deep understanding and practical experience with load balancing, horizontal and vertical scaling strategies.

- Proficiency in connection pooling, replication, and sharding strategies for databases.

- Experience with CDN integration and server-side caching mechanisms.

- Strong command of TypeScript architecture patterns and managing large-scale codebases.

- Proven ability in the design and scaling of multi-schema GraphQL APIs, including federation or stitching.

- Extensive experience designing data strategies for distributed systems and multi-region databases.

- In-depth knowledge and implementation experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-factor authentication (MFA).

- Expertise in end-to-end latency tracing and optimizing high-throughput backend systems.

- Strong background in distributed system design, including resilience patterns like circuit breakers and sagas.

- Proficiency in setting up and utilizing monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

- Experience in designing comprehensive test strategies for large-scale applications, including TDD/BDD frameworks and mutation testing.

- Ability to design secure systems architecture and automate incident response processes.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD for serverless applications.
