Role & responsibilities

• This opening is for a strongly positive leader capable of leading the school from front.
• Proactively oversee all aspects of the School of Management Studies that contribute to its growth, reputation, and academic excellence.
• Should be smart, dynamic energetic, futuristic to lead a 16 years old School of Management Studies.
• Inspire and motivate faculty members to perform at their best, while implementing strategies to attract and retain top teaching talent.
• Should be able to manage a team of quality people to achieve excellence.
• Conduct regular reviews and in-depth analyses of all aspects of school operations, and initiate timely corrective measures for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Already a famous professor in marketing and / or HR for taking the school to great heights and transform the present institution into a vibrant modern B School.
• Should have strong interpersonal skill.
• Should have experience of 15 to 20 years in industry and/or Academia
• Very well connected in the academic and industrial world.
• Should be able to attract very good faculty members.
• Candidates currently earning less than ₹15 lakhs per annum need not apply.

Salary & Other Perks:

Rs. 18 Lakhs to Rs. 24 Lakhs per annum + other regular benefits.
